General conditions of sale

The General Conditions of Sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Remarkable (Emma DERDERIAN) and its customers in the context of the sale of the following goods:
- Women's clothing
- Men's clothing
- Custom clothing order for men and women
- Order custom-made clothing for men and women
The customer declares that he has accepted the General Conditions of Sale applicable on this site when placing his order. Validation of his order therefore constitutes acceptance without restriction or reservation of the General Conditions of Sale.
ARTICLE 2: PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the description of the product concerned on our site. The photographs are not contractually binding. Remarkable (Emma DERDERIAN) cannot be held liable for any errors that may have appeared in them.
ARTICLE 3: VALIDITY PERIOD OF SALES OFFERS
Products are available for sale while stocks last. If a product is ordered and becomes unavailable, the customer will be notified of this unavailability as soon as possible by email or Instagram message. The customer will receive a credit or refund.
ARTICLE 4: PRICE OF PRODUCTS
Our website displays prices in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The VAT amount is specified when the customer selects a product, and the shipping costs appear on the screen after the customer has finished selecting the various products.

ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for customer purchases can be made by credit card or Paypal via the website. www.remarkableparis.com . Any bank transfer made as payment to Mrs. Emma DERDERIAN and all payments made via the Paypal application to the address derderian.emma@gmail.com, are subject to the entire General Conditions of Sale. ARTICLE 7: WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
The Buyer has a period of fourteen clear days, from receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of shipping costs and return costs. If the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
ARTICLE 8: DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
For all orders, products are shipped within 25 working days. If this period is exceeded, the customer will be informed without this granting them the right to cancel their order. Product manufacturing and delivery times are only indicative. Under no circumstances can they have a contractual value.
As soon as your package is sent shipped via La Poste, Mondial Relay or Chronopost, you will receive a link to track your package online with a tracking number.
On the other hand, the responsibility of the company Remarkable (Emma DERDERIAN) cannot be held liable in the event of error or omission on the part of La Poste, Mondial Relay or Chronopost . In this case Remarkable (Emma DERDERIAN), has no recourse against them. The same applies to delivery delays. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation and transport fees are fixed regardless of the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each order.
All packages are prepared by the team www.remarkableparis.com . The condition of the packaging is scrupulously checked by us before shipping. However, the customer is required to check the condition of the delivered packages and to refuse it if it is damaged. If upon opening the package, the customer notices a visible defect, he must contact our customer service within 2 days of receipt. If no complaint is made within this period, the package is deemed to have been accepted as is.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Packages not claimed within the time limit are automatically returned to the sender: the Remarkable company (Emma DERDERIAN), which cannot be held responsible in any way for the customer's non-receipt of the package. No refund can therefore be demanded from the customer.

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, along with their accessories (box, case, spare buttons, belt, badge, etc.), labels, and delivery slip. Items that have suffered damage (label cut, torn, worn item, etc.) cannot be accepted.
For the return, a return form must then be printed, with a copy of the initial invoice which must be sent by you and at your expense with the products in their original packaging.
Refund of the order excluding fees within 28 days.
