Delivery and returns
Delivery in mainland France to relay points and Lockers: OFFER
- Home delivery in mainland France : delivery costs are 6 euros.
- Home delivery outside mainland France: delivery costs amount to 12 euros.
Delivery time :
For all “handmade” orders, products are shipped within a maximum of 20 working days. If this deadline is exceeded, the customer will be informed without this granting them the right to cancel their order.
In the event that the order includes products with different preparation times, the Remarkable team reserves the right to split the delivery, without the customer having to participate in the additional delivery costs, the latter being then covered by our brand.

Returns
Upon delivery:
When your package is delivered, we recommend that you check the condition of its packaging.
If you notice that it is damaged: You will need to notify the carrier on the delivery slip in handwritten form accompanied by your signature. Please send us an email to inform us, after which we will provide you with the address to which you must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum of 48 hours, this procedure aims to assert your word against the carrier.
Upon receipt of your order:
When opening your package, if you notice an error in the processing of your order, in particular an item that is missing or does not correspond to your order, you must notify us by email within 7 working days of receiving your order.
You wish to make an exchange:
Exchanges are for the same size or color for the same item reference for sale in the Remarkable online store. In the event that the item requested in exchange is at a higher price than the item returned, a credit note will be issued.
Exchanges can be processed within 10 working days from the date we receive your return, except in exceptional cases or cases of force majeure.
Our “Satisfied or Refunded” guarantee:
Our online store offers a money-back guarantee. If an item does not meet your expectations, simply follow the return procedure described below. Returns can be processed within 10 working days of our receipt of your return, except in exceptional cases or cases of force majeure, in which case you will be informed by email.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of sale, you will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return package. This period applies to refunds by re-credit (transfer) to your account. Refunds can also be made in the form of credit that can be used on a future order.
Credits are for one-time use only and are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, which is done when the return is processed.
Return procedure to follow:
As soon as you receive the order you placed in our online store, you benefit from our “satisfied or refunded” guarantee, which gives you the possibility of returning the item(s) that do not meet your expectations.
In accordance with our general conditions of sale, returns for exchange, credit or refund must be made within 14 working days, and must be shipped within 7 working days.
Return requests (for exchange, credit note or refund) can only be validated on the sole condition that the items have been validated with regard to their original condition of conformity. Only items returned in their entirety, with their label, in their complete original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any item damaged in any way, worn, or soiled, and whose condition does not allow for direct resale, will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
Exchange & Credit:
In the case of an exchange or credit note, return costs are the responsibility of the buyer for mainland France.
Refunds:
For refunds we invite you to contact us on contact@remarkableparis.com so that we can provide you with the return address.
We remind you that since return costs are only covered in the context of an exchange or a credit note, in the event of misuse of the Chronopost return, a fixed fee of 7 euros (corresponding to the shipping costs) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Upon receipt of your package and after validation of its conformity status, your request will then be processed. We will of course ensure that this is done as quickly as possible, in accordance with the general conditions of sale.
